Vaccinated... without parental knowledge or parental consent

The state of California has just passed bill AB499,
which will permit minor children as young as 12 years old to be
vaccinated with sexually transmitted disease vaccines like Gardasil
without parental knowledge or parental consent. This means that if you
live in California, school or medical personnel would be allowed to
vaccinate your child against an STD without your ever knowing it.
Drug companies want to be free from any and all liability for injuries created by their products.
If you want justice in these cases, you have to go to a special "vaccination court."
The government, including the Obama administration, backs the drug companies against the public.
"These cases are hard to prove."
Autism rates have sky-rocketed since the US mandated vaccination rates
that are more than double what they were 30 years ago. Obvious cause and
effect.
"Who polices these vaccines?"
The FDA? The CDC? Note that not even the Supreme Court could get a straight answer to this very simple question.
Bottom line:
1. Avoid all vaccines, especially patent nonsense like "flu shots."
Realize that if there is a problem with a vaccination, YOU will bear ALL
the costs and responsibilities yourself without recourse.
2. Never allow doctors to shoot up young children with multiple vaccines on the same day
3. Never bring a child for so-called vaccination when he or she is obviously sick or run down.

Suspension of Mercury Limits
Mercury-free H1N1 vaccine may not be available
at all times. The state's mercury limit could prevent pregnant women and
children under three years who want the vaccine from getting it. Lifting mercury
limits for H1N1 vaccine will give pregnant women and parents or
guardians of children under three the option of getting the vaccine if they want
it. The suspension applies only to H1N1 vaccines.
Dr. Mehmet Oz, talk show host and Vice-Chair and Professor of
Surgery at Columbia University is perhaps the most well-known doctors
in the U.S.
During a recent episode on his talk show, a Walgreens pharmacist gave Dr. Oz a flu shot -- which was also given to everyone in his studio audience. (Unfortunately, we cannot post that clip, but you can view that segment here.
He states that he's been getting the seasonal flu vaccine every year for about ten years.
But what you didn't see in that clip was Dr. Ox stating that when it comes to the swine flu shot, neither his wife nor his four children will get the vaccine (although he will get that one too). This comes up during interviews on both Fox News and CNN, shown in the two videos [here].
It’s amazing how many doctors have been hoodwinked into believing that the flu shot is a necessity.
$1000 Per Day Fine And 30 Days In Jail For Refusing The Swine Flu Vaccine In Massachusetts?
A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000
per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities
during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the
swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing
fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.

Why are the vaccines with adjuvants not being tested in the US?

The
U.S. government has contracts with five major pharmaceutical companies
to produce swine flu vaccines. The WHO laid down guidelines in July,
saying that “swine flu” vaccines must have adjuvants.
But those vaccines that have adjuvants, such as the ones produced by
Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline, will not be tested in official clinical
trials in the USA in spite of the overwhelming evidence that adjuvants
cause damage. Instead, the NIAID has selected two vaccines for clinical
trials that contain no adjuvants, that is to say the vaccines that will
not be the one used on the majority of the people. Also, it is not
clear how these vaccines without adjuvants will react with the other
flu shots.
Dr Mercola explains:
“Novartis’s proprietary squalene adjuvant for their H1N1 vaccine is
MF59. Glaxo’s is ASO3. MF59 has yet to be approved by the FDA for use
in any U.S. vaccine, despite its history of use in other countries.
Per Dr. Nass, there are only three vaccines in existence using an
approved squalene adjuvant. None of the three are approved for use in
the U.S.
